1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device when they visit a website. They allow the site to remember preferences and browsing behaviours.
In addition to traditional cookies, similar technologies such as tracking pixels, web beacons and localStorage may be used. In this policy, all these technologies are referred to collectively as "cookies".
2. First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies: installed directly by ClientiPerFotovoltaico on the domain clientiperfotovoltaico.it. The owner has full control over these cookies.
Third-party cookies: installed by external parties (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc. and others) via scripts or pixels on the site's pages. Third parties manage their own cookies independently according to their respective privacy policies. Some third parties are based in the USA: data transfers are made with the guarantees required by Arts. 44-49 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).
3. Category A โ Technically necessary cookies
Essential for the correct functioning of the site. No consent is required under Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code and Recital 25 of the ePrivacy Directive. These cannot be disabled without impairing site functionality.

5. Category C โ Marketing and profiling cookies (third parties)
Marketing and profiling cookies are used to:

6. Google Consent Mode v2
This site implements Google Consent Mode v2. Before consent, all non-necessary cookie categories are set to "denied". Only after the user's explicit consent are the permitted categories updated. Parameters managed: analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization.
7. Managing and withdrawing consent
On first visit, a banner is shown with three options:

- Customise โ granular choice per category
